At A09STORE, we strive to provide a hassle-free and transparent shipping experience for our

delivery of your orders.

Order Processing and Shipment:
Once your order is received, it takes us 1-3 business days to process it. After processing, we ship
your order through our trusted carriers. The shipping time usually takes between 7-12 business days,
depending on the delivery location. However, please note that these are estimated delivery times
and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates:
We offer free shipping for orders above INR 2000. For orders below INR 2000, we charge a shipping
fee between INR 100 – 150 based on your pin code.

International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a
link to track your order. You can also track your order by logging into your A09STORE account and
viewing your order history.

Delivery:
We deliver your order to the shipping address you provided during checkout. Please ensure that the
shipping address is accurate and up-to-date. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery
of your order due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Delivery Delays:
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural
disasters, customs clearance delays, or carrier issues. We will do our best to inform you of any such
delays and work with you to resolve any issues.
